Item tags

Tags can now be created and assigned at the organization tenant level and are shared across users. Assign tags directly from the register or manage them in Settings. Type-ahead search is supported, and new tags can be created on the fly.

Getting started

1. Click the Tags field on a record in the register.
2. Existing tags appear in the dropdown — start typing to search.
3. Type a new tag name to create one and press Enter to save and assign it.
4. Filter the register by tag using the Tags field in the filters menu.
5. Manage tags in Settings, including editing and deleting.

Shareable filter views

Filter views can now be shared via link. Previously, filters were user-specific.

To share a view

1. Apply the desired filters.
2. Copy the page URL.
3. Send the URL to other users in the environment — they’ll see the register with the same filters applied.

AI-generated executive summaries in Board and CyberGov

The Board and CyberGov reports now include an AI-generated Executive Summary slide. Details are gathered from platform data and remain editable. This applies to all four modules.

Side view updates

• The Tags field is now accessible within the side view modal for easy assignment.
• Risks can now be deleted directly from the side view.

Highlight selected record

The selected risk or incident is now highlighted in the table view, making it easier to keep track of the record you’re working on.
